pretty little boxes

Whenever I go to HomeGoods or T.J. Maxx I usually march (dash?) directly to the paper aisle. I especially like the boxed cards by GRAPHIQUE not only for their pretty images with gold leaf embossing but for their decorated boxes.

{It tickles me that this line of cards is called La Petite Presse because Press is my maiden name and blogging seems to be turning me into a bit of a Francophile (as in Le Petit Tiroirs).}

What started as an organizing project of craft supplies turned into color-sorting paper flowers ...

and using the emptied boxes for la petite storage.

Anyone thinking what I'm thinking?

I'm thinking I need to find a companion box in blue.

I was just in Marshalls yesterday. And always go to the gardening and decorating and kitchen aisles. Sometimes I look at the books or candles. Those are sweet boxes!

Love those boxes! I am looking forward to visiting my local store when I get home. The one in San Diego is too far away.

Yes! those are great, I have vintage boxes from stationary, I don't do anything with them but I should. They are just divine!
I am obsessed with paper products, I don't know why!!!

What a great idea, color coding the flowers to the boxes!! I store my beads by color in those ugly plastic boxes, but you gave me a great idea to make them look better! Thank you!

Elyse,
We could be twinky twins today! I ADORE those boxes and notecards and that is the very first place I head to in those stores also.

I just picked up two of the Eiffel tower sets last time I was there.

{I really think we should not talk about them here in blogland or everyone will start buying them and there will be none left for us. LOL}

I don't think I have seen pink boxes...will have to be on the lookout!!
Happy day!
Hugs~

Love the pretty little boxes... I always love to shop at Marshalls and places like that, they have the best stuff. We don't have a home goods. I hear it is similar to marshalls.

Oh, I have missed something! I must go take a closer look. I am rather hooked on those photo boxes at Michaels. They have a million prints and I usually like one and then they never have it again! right now I like the black and silver fleur de lis. Qui, I am also turning into a Francophile!...lol!

I actually love using boxes to organize my little crafts such as baby hair bows of my daughter. However, I mostly adore your boxes because they are really beautiful. I would also like to have a white or blue version of that. Lol
