a very pink shop swap

Happy Pink Saturday Eve! Mid-week when Pink Saturday-Beverly's email arrived to ask if I would be participating I replied that I would be skipping this week.

And then this arrived in the mail! Dear Beverly: I'm in!

One evening I hopped over from the Cute Pink Stuff blog to the Etsy shop and GASPed when I saw this "white flour sack tea towel detailed with a pink fleur de lis detail, 'FLEUR' lettering and a bottom ruffle." Ooh la la!

I told my boys that we won't be wiping our hands on this towel. (As if they would use anything besides their shirts! Silly me.)

How do you think it looks here?

Is this too staged?

Imagine it as a valance or cafè curtain?

Upon knowing I must have the towel, I asked Cute Pink Stuff's Cindy if she would be interested in a little swap between our Etsy shops and she agreed! In exchange for the towel she requested 2 sets of my cottage clips, which I customized for her. To thank her for her generosity, I added some cute pink stuff for her.

In addition to her blog and Etsy shop, Cindy has an online shop also filled with cottage chic dècor. Beautiful!

And here is a wink of pink from my Etsy shop, Tinkered Treasures.

Happy Pink Saturday!

If you are not familiar with Pink Saturday, please visit Beverly's blog and join in on the pretty fun.

Happy PS Elyse.
It feels so good to read about someone whos trying to keep house while raising boys. I have two boys, 7 and 1 yr old rugrat...:) They make it difficult, but as long as they have shirts on to wipe with...LOL

Happy Pink Saturday! I love these kind of swaps! Of course I had to smile about your boys not using the towel...That is something that needn't to be globalized, but it did, believe me!

It looks perfect wherever you may place it :-) Very pretty too.

I love love love your flower shoppe corner - the hangers, flower basket , and most specially the sign :-)

Happy PS. Don't have a pink post today so just dropping by some pinks.

(Have to add, I like your tablescape on the previous post too. Simple but it's just perfect with the details. Love the idea of those little jars, placed in a cake platter and filled with flowers
