girl meets wallpaper

I think the above photo pretty much sets the scene:

Girl GASPs over wallpaper idea in magazine*
Girl figures paper must be Cath Kidston; Girl is correct
Girl rationalizes purchase with money from her online shop
Girl gets wallpaper

Girl's family is initially unsure of what she plans to do

But trust Girl's instincts

Girl looks for other non-committal ways to enjoy wallpaper

Girl even has enough wallpaper to tinker with. Girl will be adding new items to shop(s) soon.

Girl further rationalizes that if you're going to pay for international shipping, you might as well make it worthwhile.

What lovely projects. I love Cath Kidston and the way you used the paper - much nicer than actually papering a whole wall!

I have this wallpaper in my bedroom for over 4 years and I still love it every day! Oh and the possibilities with the left overs: I made folders, envelopes, hearts, art journals! Too cute too what you did with the wallpaper! NB. If you use it as wallpaper but only the panelling, you might need very much wallpaper...

LiLi M. said...

Of course I meant NOT very much wall paper!

Hi Elyse,
I think that the girl did the right thing. I love that wallpaper, and what you did with it. I also love love those bowls. I first fell in love with floral when I was introduced to Laura Ashley when she was the only one in town that created this look. I love it all.
Karen

P.S. every time I have money from my shop in Paypal, I always find some treasure to buy.

Whoo whoo! I love the way you have used the Cath Kidston wallpaper. And, of course, if you are going to order why not make it worthwhile? I have done that myself many times. Perfectly justified.

My hubby might claim that your rationalization is simply logical fallacies...but what does he know. Unlike me, he does not have an un-academic side sometimes. When it comes to CK who needs to be rational? ~Kelly
