I find myself craving yellow, searching for yellow, creating with yellow.
I checked my trusty blog and sure enough, just like last year (sweet idea) and the year before (craving yellow), I felt the same way at the same time.

This week has found me gathering yellow ...

Creating with yellow ...

Shopping for yellow ...

Mellowing with yellow ...
And as always, I love my yellow with dashes of pink!
How about you?

I do love yellow too.. and I love seeing the color, but as I look around my craft room right now, there is none! other then a pair of scissors and a ruler, and some little flowers on some prints... there is very little yellow in my house. my kitchen is sage and cranberry, my living room is pinks and sage.. bathroom is greens and pinks.. craft room is reds and blues.. bedroom a hodge podge of a mess.... as is the rest of the house! lol!
ReplyDeleteand youre right, february is a perfect month for such a bright and cheery color. I might need to make something yellow this weekend!

Hi Elyse,
ReplyDeleteI have to admit bright yellow has been my favorite color palette to work with these past few weeks. I'm loving the yellow color of chicks and the pretty pastels of bunnies. Just love the feel of knowing spring is coming.
I have been thinking about you alot lately and been meaning to come by your blog to see your kitchen colors again. I am getting ready to change my PINK kitchen to a soft Birds Eggs blue. I can't believe I'm doing it, but it's time for a change. I'll post the kitchen Redo when I'm finished. Thanks for the inspiration.
