A few months ago, Cassandra VanCuren of My Artful Adventures and I did a mini-swap together.



We sent each other packages of pretty hand-made and gathered items. Cassandra remarked at how much she liked some pale peach trim I had sent and since I had bunches left, I mailed her a few more yards.



Well the other day she surprised me right back ... and then some! {And her package couldn't have arrived on a better day -- it was one of those kinds of days.}



Here is that peachy trim, gently tucked into this beautiful shoe, along with other treasures.



Cassandra's work and color palette is really extraordinary (just like her regally fancy name). I have never seen anything like this baby shoe. I am smitten.



Also included was one of Cassandra's beautiful faux cupcakes! And in the packet shown further above, were all kinds of paper samples that I am really having fun with (especially the French dictionary pages that I have been using to make swap items for Heather's latest Paris-themed swap). Cassandra's packaging is as pretty as her creations, too.
